• Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
• In exceptional cases (such as travel disruption), we encourage guests to reach out directly — we’ll always do our best to help.

• Changes to booking dates or apartment selection are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
